Kombucha. But actually good.
Kombu-what?
It’s fermented tea. Simple as that. People have been drinking it for ages — mostly because it’s good for you, not because it tastes good.
A mix of bacteria and yeasts (a SCOBY) ferments brewed tea and sugar into a drink full of live cultures and organic acids. Great for your gut. Not so great for flavor. We focused on real tea leaves, a smoother lactic acid profile, and a process built around flavor — not just function. The result? Kombucha that’s actually good

Kombucha Original. Tea first. The way it should be. This is what good kombucha tastes like—brewed from real green tea leaves, focusing on flavor, not just fermentation. We kept the fresh aroma, softened the bitter tannins, and let the tea take the lead. No excessive acidity. No vinegary aftertaste. Just pure tea flavor with natural carbonation from fermentation.

Kombucha Black tea
Dark, dry, and maximally tea-like. Black Edition is the newest addition to the PRAGER’S Kombucha family. The base is black tea from Malawi, known for its full and naturally slightly sweet taste. And precisely this natural sweetness allowed us to reduce the total sugar content — without compromising on taste. The sweetest thing here isn't the sugar, but the tea itself. And that is why Black Edition is our least sweet kombucha ever.

Taste
Dry, refreshing, and distinctly tea-like. Black tea brings subtle notes of caramel and cocoa that arise naturally from the leaves themselves – no aromas, no extra sweeteners. It is the kombucha that tastes most 'like tea' of all our variants.
Tea
Brewed from real Camellia sinensis black tea leaves sourced from Malawi. Teas from there are known for their full, slightly sweet taste and pleasant fruitiness, which works great in fermentation. Thanks to this, Black Edition has a deep character and simultaneously lower sweetness.
Probiotic cultures
At least 33 million live cultures in every can — along with organic lactic and acetic acids, which are produced by natural fermentation and support healthy digestion.
Kombucha Original
Tea-first. Like it should be. This is what proper kombucha tastes like — brewed from real green tea leaves, with flavor in mind, not just fermentation. We kept the fresh aroma, smoothed out the bitter tannins, and let the tea lead the way. No overpowering sourness. No vinegar offtaste. Just a clean, tea flavor with the natural fizz that comes from fermentation.

Taste
Proper tea flavor balanced with the natural sweet-sour kick of fermentation. Clear, smooth, and nothing like the kombucha you’re used to.

Kombucha Rooibos
Brilliant in its simplicity. Not every drink needs to wake you up. This one’s smooth, a little sweet, and caffeine-free — because that’s just how rooibos grows. Kombucha is usually made with tea, but we made an exception. Rooibos isn’t tea — it’s a bush from South Africa that just happens to be perfect for kombucha. So we let it ferment — and it worked perfectly.

Taste
Naturally smooth with a subtle sweetness — pure rooibos character.
Tea
From South Africa, grown in the Western Cape. Known for its mild flavor, rich in antioxidants, with no caffeine and no bitterness — just how rooibos has always been.
Caffeine-Free
No caffeine here. Because sometimes, you don’t need a boost — just a good drink.
Probiotic Cultures
At least 33 million live cultures in each can — plus organic lactic and acetic acids formed naturally during fermentation.
Kombucha Matcha
A natural boost. We mixed a green tea base with matcha tea to make a kombucha that does more than just taste good. Naturally higher in caffeine and L-theanine — for focus, performance, and staying cool — when you want a bit more from your drink.

Taste
A smooth base, with matcha’s signature depth and a slight bitterness — balanced by the natural sweet-sour touch of fermentation.
Tea
Matcha from Japan — part of daily rituals for centuries. Traditionally used by monks and samurai for focus and calm energy, it’s still the go-to for a natural lift today. Packed with caffeine and L-theanine, just as it always has been.
Caffeine
Naturally higher in caffeine thanks to matcha. For when you want to stay sharp, without reaching for an energy drink.
