Just apples.
Nothing else.
Nothing else.
So, what does that really mean?
No added flavors, no preservatives, no sugar, no shortcuts. Our cider is unfiltered — because that's how you get real taste and character. We let the apples and honest craft do the talking.
This is the philosophy that inspired the creation of the original F.H. Prager — to bring proper, honest cider back to life. At PRAGER'S, we’ve stayed true to that vision and pushed the craft forward in our own way. Same values, same commitment — making cider the way we believe it should be made.

The journey is the destination. High-end process. Craft mindset.
We took the time to refine every step of the process. With insights from England and France, we shaped a production method that delivers top-tier quality while staying true to a craft approach. When we do things, we do them properly.

Our apples from Moravia.
We brought a dying Moravian orchard back to life — and named it Pragerovy sady (PRAGER'S ORCHARDS). While others saw the end, we saw a place to grow something better. We planted cider apple varieties from France and the UK, but left it in the hands of someone who knows it best — a local expert with a lifetime of experience. For now, we harvest Moravian apples for their crisp acidity and fresh character. The rest? It’s growing. We’re not in a hurry.

Bittersweet, by tradition. From the UK.
We work with farmers in southwest England to source up to 29 varieties of true cider apples — the kind that give PRAGER'S Cider its proper bittersweet character. It’s how cider has been made for centuries — and we like to bring that to life with our unique spin on it.

Sustainability
Our comprehensive approach is also reflected in how we view ecology. We are not fans of supposedly eco-friendly solutions that are trendy but have no real impact. Instead, we introduce practical measures that align with our philosophy – simple, functional, and effective.
Packaging materials
We are the first cider producers in the Czech Republic to use returnable bottles. Non-returnable bottles, in fact, have by far the worst carbon footprint among all packaging.
The most efficient eco-friendly packaging solution is also one of the simplest — a returnable keg (barrel). Of course, we have that available, and we supply Prager's cider in kegs to dozens of bars, restaurants, and bistros.

Raw materials
Our effort to achieve the lowest possible carbon footprint also guided us in selecting the raw materials for our cider. First of all, we do everything we can to source from local suppliers to minimize transportation emissions.
We also work with our suppliers to develop a packaging-free system for distributing raw materials, and we've already put this into practice with one of them.
Cider 11
Our flagship cider – smooth, semi-dry, and exactly what a real cider should taste like. Crafted from carefully selected apples from Moravia and the United Kingdom, this cider balances fresh acidity with a subtle bittersweet touch. Unfiltered, meticulously made, and with 4.5% alcohol. Simple, satisfying – this is the result when good ingredients and honest craftsmanship speak for themselves. When in doubt, this is the right choice.

4.5% Alcohol Content
Stays as it is.
Unfiltered
Keeps things as they should be – just the natural taste and texture of real cider.
Cider 13
No compromises. Dry fermented, with a bold, sharp note created by natural fermentation – a true craft cider. With 6% alcohol, it’s not made for everyone. Only for those who know what they want.

Cherry Cider
We started with Cider 11 and added cherry juice – no science – just because we liked it. The result? A cider with a delicate cherry note, more fruity character, and a natural red color. Still unfiltered, still real cider – with a hint of cherry.

4.5% Alcohol Content
Unfiltered
Retains its full natural flavor and smooth texture for an authentic experience.
Non-alcoholic cider
We didn't want to create a fake non-alcoholic cider. We made a real cider – same apples, same process – using yeasts that know when to stop. The result? A real, unfiltered cider with less than 0.5% alcohol. Nothing is missing. Still 100% PRAGER'S.

Alcohol Content < 0.5%
Unfiltered
Retains its full natural flavor and smooth texture for an authentic experience.
